Seriously Disturbing

Ambiance is everything.  Even a 'hole in the wall' restaurant needs a little.  What is one to do when THIS is what you are staring at throughout the meal?  It's just disturbing on so many levels; I don't even know where to begin.  I wouldn't consider this place a 'hole in the wall' type of restaurant, but seriously... a little bit of decorating sense would tell you that this painting and refried beans DO NOT go well together.  I managed to eat everything but the beans.
